About Us

We're Kleen Stripe, and we've been a premier parking lot maintenance and striping company serving Wichita, KS, since 1979. Max Dyer started Kleen Stripe in Wichita with one truck and a parking lot striping machine in 1979. After more than 30 years in the asphalt business, there’s little he hasn’t seen or done. A lot has changed in that time, but a few things that haven’t changed: We're still family-owned and family-operated. Max’s grandson, Devin, took over the business in 2017 when Max semi-retired, although he still helps out when needed. We offer asphalt seal coating, parking lot maintenance, parking lot striping, and much more. We're looking forward to partnering with Wichita, Haysville, and the surrounding areas to continue to offer a premier parking lot maintenance experience.
